Welcome to SJI Overseas, private client, overseas property searches.

Please note that our website is still under construction and that this style of client communication is something we are only just getting used to, any comments would gratefully be received. 

Following our discussion at end of last week please find enclosed details of some potential properties I have located matching your requirements and some alternative options that may be worth your consideration. Please also find below a brief introduction to SJI Overseas and how we operate.

Introducing “SJI Overseas Worldwide Property Services”.

My background:

I have worked in the international property sector at director level for over 10 years and I am one of the few remaining individuals in this sector with such a history, this means that I am able to call on years of experience and contacts across the world to locate the right property opportunities for my clients.

Initial findings:

In the Northern part of Italy within easy access of Nice, there are very few new build properties available either completed or under construction therefore the advice I have received from my colleagues is that modern and contemporary property is hard/almost impossible to find and almost all properties within easy reach of the coast will not have a private or communal pool, however we have located a couple so far!

With the above in mind please see properties sourced that come within your criteria for budget and location as well as a couple of others that offer something a little different.

Property 1

A spacious apartment in the center of “Sanremo” a coastal Italian town 55km from Nice.

  • The property is a 1 minute walk to the sea and the main shopping high street, placed just above the Old fishing Port. 
  • It is located on the first floor and decorated to a high standard with marble and parquet floors throughout however the d├ęcor is in need of modernization. 
  • The property opens out on to a long terrace which over looks the courtyard below. 
  • There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an office as well as a large sitting room and kitchen.
  • The whole property totals 120 sqm and is on the market for 650,00€ (Ref 569) 

Property 2:
A modern flat in Riva Ligure 65km from Nice, 
  • This property has a large courtyard with a gate which opens directly onto the beach.
  • The flat is of 90 sqm, and on the first floor with a large live out terrace which overlooks the sea and the beach directly below. 
  • The flat has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sitting room with American kitchen.  
  • The large enclosed courtyard fronts onto the beach and is for communal usage (3 flats)
  • The property totals 90m2 and is on the market for €600,000 (Ref 597)

Property 3:

A magnificent attic apartment situated in one of the most requested and prestigious zones of Sanremo. 
  • The position of the palazzo gives the property wonderful views of the coast, the beaches and Portosole marina below. 
  • Situated in an ideal location with easy access to the beach and the centre of the city. 
  • The flat is 70 sqm with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a large walk in storage area, which could become a third bedroom. 
  • The property is in need of modernization and is on the market for €560,000 (Ref 604)

Property 4

A rare newly developed apartment in a stunning location above Sanremo. 
  • The property is 95sqm and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting room, large kitchen, storage space and a south facing terrace. 
  • There is a private parking space with the possibility of garage and a separate storage room at an additional cost. 
  • The property looks over its own large terrace of 30 sqm and beyond over the rose gardens of the historic villas of Corso Inglesi and the Mediterranean ocean.
  •  This property is on the market for €450,000 (Ref 576) 

Property 5:

New villa, 160sqm, located directly above the Golf Club of Sanremo offering panoramic views over the golf course to the ocean beyond. 
  • The villa has been recently constructed and every attention has been paid to refining the spaces with beautiful parquet, fine tiling and ultra modern finish. 
  • The ground floor opens out to the garden beyond with guest bedroom, bathrooms and a large salon of about 40 sqm with a fireplace and wood burning stove as well as an independent kitchen, all finished with top quality fixtures by Scavolini, there is also a seperate laundry room. 
  • Upstairs are a further two large bedrooms and bathrooms with walk in wardrobes. There are  private balconies and a large terrace on this level. 
  • Behind the house is a large storeroom and an independent structure of approx 20 sqm (possible guesthouse/poolhouse). The garden is 1,300 sqm and consists of lawn, fruit trees an olive grove. 
  • This property has the space to construct a private pool. 
  • The property was on the market for €750,000 but has recently been reduced to €670,000. (Ref 614)

Property 6

located 7 km from the sea and the best Ligurian beaches of Latte and only 42 km from Nice.
  • Situated in a truly spectacular position actually in the National Park of the Alpi Liguri, placed between Ventimiglai and Menton. 
  • This splendid rustic property constructed in natural stone from the Eighteenth Century has been fully restored to its natural beauty and is immersed in nature. 
  • The house is easily reached by its own private road and its dominating position offers wonderful views both of the sea directly in front to the south and the Alps all around. 
  • The property offers 1,500sqm of garden with palms, mimosa and pre installed irrigation and illumination systems. 
  • The house is surrounded by a lawn with stone walls, pergola, ample parking and entrance electric gate. There is a good barbecue area and ample scope for a pool. 
  • The house has a large sitting room, kitchen, storeroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a studio zone or third bedroom. 
  • Air conditioning and heating are installed throughout the property.
  • This property is on the market for €430,000

Property 7: 

Panoramic and modern San Remo Apartment Ref:B78 
  • Beautifully laid out and spacious modern flat in this luxurious condominium with swimming pool.
  • The property is of 100 sqm with a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool and south to the sea below. 
  • There are 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, kitchen and sitting room. 
  • On the market for €600,000 (Ref:B78)
