Villa Aubanel, Cavalaire sur Mer

This development of just 20 luxury apartments is located in a quiet residential street just behind the main shopping centre of Cavalaire and a few hundred yards from the marina and the sandy beaches of Cavalaire Bay. St Tropez is just 25 minutes drive away. There is now just one 3 bed apartment left for sale in this new development which was completed in 2009. This one is only available because the buyer that was purchasing it recently pulled out. By train: TGV to Toulon or Saint Raphaël and then linkings to Cavalaire
By road: Motorway A8 "La provençale"  

As mentioned above this property has just come back to the market due to a clients finance not being approved and will not be available for long so we would have to move fast to secure this one.
